MAG Group‘s recycling activities and is a consistent step towards a circular economy. The HERBOLD washing plant is being installed in Nizhniy-Novgorod at the MAG daughter company Fantastik-Plastik.
The machine and plant manufacturer from Meckesheim, Germany will be presenting tried and tested process solutions for the treatment of plastic waste in Düsseldorf in addition to its wide range of machines. The solutions from HERBOLD are based on 40 years of experience and continuous innovation in post-industrial and post-consumer applications.
DetailsMay 15, 2019 – After the devastating fire in September 2018, HERBOLD Meckesheim has just begun rebuilding the destroyed production halls. The whole incoming goods and shipping department, the warehouse as well as parts of the production area were devastated by the flames.
The new buildings comprise a 4000 M2-area and are supposed to be up and running in September 2019.
Details16.04.2019 – To extend its facility in Wels, Austria, WKR Walter has chosen a complete integrated solution from HERBOLD Meckesheim GmbH, based in Meckesheim/Germany. The key component of the plant is the latest generation of HERBOLD’s VWE pre-wash system, hydrocyclone separation and a twin centrifugal drying step. WKR Walter recycles post consumer film.

April 09, 2019 – Plastics can be reasonably seen as being irreplaceable in many areas of day to day life. The challenge is to be able to do something with this universally used material after its first use is behind it.
DetailsThe first plant has been in operation for approximately 16 months; the additional plant will – as the first plant – be manufactured and delivered by HERBOLD MECKESHEIM GmbH.
The capacity of the new plant amounts to an input of up to 10.000 jato; especially PE and PP stable film and rigid plastics are treated.
On the 10th September 2018 a terrible blaze at Herbold Meckesheim GmbH destroyed the central warehouse and the dispatch department.
Hardly a fortnight after the fire, the emergency plan is already being executed. From the second half of October, Herbold Meckesheim will be producing again at almost the same level as before the blaze.
Herbold Meckesheim GmbH was hit by a devastating fire during the night to Monday 10/09/2018. Affected are the central warehouse and the shipping department. The damage is estimated to run into the millions. The office space, the test centre and the production halls are not affected.
